Microscopes are shipped within two business days after payment is received.

Items are shipped through USPS and UPS.

Shipping price includes shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated.

Shipping rate provided is for all 48 contiguous states, unless stated otherwise.

There is a shipping surcharge to items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

All items are packaged and shipped in a professinal manner. 

All items returned at no seller’s fault would be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

I reserve the right to reject item after inspection (i.e. items with physical damage or incomplete packaging) In the event that physical damage is caused during transit of a return, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier to start a damage claim immediately upon receiving a notification from me. The responsibility is between customer and carrier.

All returned items MUST be in original condition, packaging, sealed, and unused.
